From my learning about stakeholder engagement, I can identify the stakeholders and their mapping by obtaining the exact location, population, and beneficiaries of the project. Then I will draw a stakeholder map, which shows how power dynamics work. After knowing that I will ensure inclusivity. Then it involves negotiating and communication, which helps connect the community. If they had any previous outcome issues regarding any initiative, I could get to know if any stakeholder committed corruption or not while providing aid, financial support, or livelihood support. Following this, we can distribute responsibilities with ease and certainty. For inclusive and sustainable collaboration, we can teach the elderly people about the engagement importance of all members of that community and its benefits through adaptation, maintenance and FGDs. Thereafter, I'd bring youths and women to lead all the changemakers of that project without getting involved in any conflict with the community. Bridging the gap between Indigenous knowledge and modern science can be a better option instead of doing dirty politics and corruption. Thank you!😊
