My Final Submission for this Module
Throughout this module, I have come to understand that Stakeholder mapping is a powerful tool in decision making and projects. This indicates parties of high power but low benefits, especially government organizations and NGO’s. Also, people of High benefits but low Power, thus, the local community.
I saw that in Stakeholder mapping, we provide equal room for all in terms of decision making, the rich, the poor, the local community, Government officials and others. This ensures the success of the project in a long run.
Also when there are conflicts, we do not overlook it but then we solve it through dialogue.
Moreover, Effective or Proper Communication is a key element in stakeholder mapping, as it ensures the success of the project on a long run and also promote peace among the parties involved.
