SMART goal

Enhance the resilience of rural communities in northern Bangladesh to reduce flood-related damage to homes and agricultural livelihoods.

SMART objective:

Construct and rehabilitate drainage channels and train community members in flood preparedness across four flood-prone villages in northern Bangladesh, benefiting at least 400 households, by November 2026.

Your objective is clearly defined and I believe progress can be measured quantitatively. The construction and rehabilitation work can also be achievable when community members volunteer to do everything without hiring of engineers or experts since that comes with a cost and the local government has constraint resources. But your work aligns with the scenario’s main risk and the timeline too is not bad.
