In our area, the issue of land use, overstocking, and overgrazing has led to the depletion of pastures and a reduction in groundwater levels, with some springs drying up, resulting in conflicts with neighbouring communities.

The government, in response, has developed a grazing plan for rangeland use and management; however, there is limited implementation of these policies.

The communities have taken the initiative to defend themselves, leading to a loss of lives, livelihoods, and properties.
