The NGOs, Researchers and the Local communities are the one who play a vital role and benefits a lot in implementing projects in such areas of Bangladesh. Researchers and NGOs makes sure that the project is fully implemented to anticipated extent so as to achieve its goal. The benefiting community is taken through several research procedural to make sure they embrace the project positively.
The NGOs who are the key role in making sure that the community are benefiting the project which may at sometimes inconvenience their daily livelihood, they give them an alternative way of living as they implement the current project which will benefit them in the long term when completed.
The Government Agency involved help in monitoring the project which has also help the Government to get revenues and reduced the cost of Development through Donor funding.
