The one who holds the most influence on the project,the powerful or the elite class of in the society the poor might benefit more because the impact of issues like flooding I mostly affect.

Each stakeholders like NGOs or small association can help in tree planting, elites can help in assisting with needed resources like documentaries, the community on their part can planting of environments. Everyone is going to be benefit in one way or two as the adverse effects of climate affects.

Stakeholders contribute to the project by participating, taking surveys, assistance in drafting questionnaire, takes part in planting environmental friendly trees.

There are always power imbalances and some voices are overlooked. This include voices of women, minority tribes and people living with disabilities.

This tends to affect the outcome of the project as the ideas of some people are neglected.

The power and influence of each stakeholder is counted through due consultation with them and then request their evaluation and feedback
