SMART Objective:
Construct and elevate 150 flood-resilient homes and establish 3 community-managed raised seed storage facilities in five flood-prone villages in northern Bangladesh by December 2027, reducing reported household flood damage losses by at least 40% compared to the 2025 baseline.
