Certificate Not Received – Professional Development Course

I hope you are well.
I recently completed the Professional Development Certificate: Green Skills for Climate Change Adaptation course. The platform notification indicated that my certificate was emailed to me; however, I have not received it in my inbox.
I have checked my spam/junk folder as well, but unfortunately I could not find the certificate there either.
Could you please kindly verify the status and resend the certificate to my email address?
